Returns/Refund Policy

All New And Or Used Products, Excluding Firearms, sold in physical store (Revolution Gunworks), and or online through company website (revolutiongunworks.com) are sold as is and are assumed to be in good working condition. No returns or refunds will be issued by Revolution Gunworks (seller) to buyer/purchaser under any circumstance. Please direct all questions and inquiries regarding defects, damage, incorrect and or improper ammunition and or parts/accessories function to manufacturer. All parts and or warranty work shall be performed by manufacturer, otherwise may void warranty.

Once a new firearm is transferred to you (buyer/purchaser), it is considered used, even if un-fired. Consequently, we will not and cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Inbound FFL Transfers

If you (buyer/transferee) choose Revolution Gunworks as your receiving FFL dealer for a firearm(s) transfer and are disqualified to acquire said transferring firearm(s) from Revolution Gunworks (transferor) as per Form 4473 and or denied as per NICS background check, you will not be refunded the transfer fee set forth by Revolution Gunworks as the transferee dealer. Furthermore, we (Revolution Gunworks) will not reimburse you (buyer/transferee) the shipping fee incurred and or FFL transfer fees associated with the transferring dealer. (Please see FFL Transfer Policy).


Outbound FFL Transfers

If you (buyer/transferer) choose Revolution Gunworks as your transferring FFL dealer for a firearm(s) transfer, Revolution Gunworks transfer fee is nonrefundable once the transfer is initiated regardless of circumstances. (Please see FFL Transfer Policy).


Under any circumstance, Revolution Gunworks will not refund shipping fees and or shipping insurance fees. Upon discovering a defect after a firearm(s) transfer has been completed, the firearm(s) must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm(s) directly to the manufacturer, you (buyer/transferee) can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees associated with returning the firearm(s) to us (seller/transferor) through your local FFL dealer. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer and or associated fees. Most manufacturers will provide you (buyer/transferee) with a prepaid label to ship the firearm(s) to them if covered under their warranty.

As the buyer/purchaser it is your responsibility:
