FFL Transfer Policy

Revolution Gunworks is a firearm transferring and receiving Federal Firearms Licensee.

Outbound Transfer

We can transfer your (owner) firearm(s) to another Federal Firearms Licensee for a fee of $25. Revolution Gunworks (transferor) will ship said firearm(s) to a Federal Firearm Licensee (FFL) of your choice, to the destination required. If you (transferor) know the destination of said firearm(s) but do not choose a receiving dealer (transferee), Revolution Gunworks will choose (at our discretion) an FFL (transferee) located closest to the physical address destination to ship said firearm(s) to. You (transferor) will be required to pay any and all shipping fees (please see our Shipping Policy) associated with the transaction prior to shipping. You (transferor) will be required to sign and date 4473 form as the seller (transferror) upon distribution of said firearm(s). This legally transfers ownership of said firearm(s) from private owner (transferor) to Revolution Gunworks (transferee). This process is required as per Federal Law and then allows Revolution Gunworks to ship (transfer) said firearm(s) to said receiving FFL (transferee).
