Firearm Purchase at Physical Store Location Policy
If purchasing a new or used handgun(s), you (buyer/transferee) must be a minimum of 21 years of age and will be required to show proof of Idaho state residency via valid drivers license or other proof of residency and or other form of valid identification for age verification. You (buyer/transferee) will also be required to fill out an ATF 4473 Form and pass a NICS background check.
Note: A valid Idaho Concealed Weapons Permit qualifies for bypassing the NICS background check.
If purchasing a new or used rifle(s) or shotgun(s), you (buyer/transferee) must be a minimum of 18 years of age and will be required to show proof of Idaho state residency via valid drivers license or other proof of residency and or other form of valid identification for age verification. You (buyer/transferee) will also be required to fill out an ATF 4473 Form and pass a NICS background check.
Note: A valid Idaho Concealed Weapons Permit qualifies for bypassing the NICS background check.
If Revolution Gunworks (seller/transferor) receives a proceed response on the NICS background check, Revolution Gunworks (seller/transferor) may legally (sell/transfer) said firearm(s) to you (buyer/transferee) at the time of purchase.
If Revolution Gunworks (seller/transferor) receives a delayed response on the NICS background check, Revolution Gunworks (seller/transferor) may not legally (sell/transfer) said firearm(s) to you (buyer/transferee) until a proceed response is given, or 3 business days have passed since initial submission of background check with no proceed or denied response received (referred to as the Brady Transfer Date). This will require a return visit to the physical store location from you (buyer/transferee) to pick up said firearm(s) once a proceed response is received, prior to the Brady Transfer Date, or upon the Brady Transfer Date as given, at the time of the initial submission of the NICS background check.
If you (buyer/transferee) are disqualified to acquire said firearm(s) from Revolution Gunworks (seller/transferor) as per ATF Form 4473 and or Revolution Gunworks (seller/transferor) receives a denied response on the NICS background check, Revolution Gunworks (seller/transferor) may not legally (sell/transfer) said firearm(s) to you (buyer/transferee). No sale/transfer of said firearm(s) will be made at that time.
Revolution Gunworks (seller/transferor) will not proceed with payment from you (buyer/transferee) until the firearm(s) can be legally sold/transferred.
As The Buyer/Transferee, It Is Your Responsibility:

- To verify and ensure that you (buyer/transferee) are qualified to meet criteria set forth on ATF Form 4473, legally eligible to own a firearm and furthermore able to pass a NICS background check as required, prior to conducting the firearm transferring transaction/purchase.
