Layaway Plan Policy
A 90 day layaway plan is available. A requirement of 4 equal payments over a 90 day period allows our customers to purchase our product(s) and make payments over time. This time period commences when the first payment is processed. A 12% layaway fee of the total purchase price (excluding the state sales tax fee) is our fee for providing this service. We (Revolution Gunworks) are not a financial institution, bank or lender. The layaway fee and state sales tax fee will be applied to and included with and upon last payment made to qualify as paid in full by layaway method described above. Delivery to or pickup up of said product(s) purchased to purchasing customer will commence directly upon final payment fulfillment. If paid in full, you (buyer/purchaser) have 14 days to pick up product(s) from the physical store location or have product(s) shipped to you (buyer/purchaser). There is no reduction of or elimination of 12% layaway fee stated above for early payoff. No refund of any payment made will be made, if you (buyer/purchaser) cannot fulfill your obligation to pay in full for product(s) total price stated at the beginning of the layaway period and thus within the 90 day time period set forth and or pickup or have product(s) shipped within the 14 day pickup/ship date. Revolution Gunworks (seller) then has the right to revoke purchase of product(s) to be sold, place product(s) back in company inventory and make available for purchase to potential customers moving forward.
